It all started in 2010 when MD Forhad (Founder of Clip Asia ), with a single computer, a copy of Photoshop, and a passion for perfection, began offering basic photo editing services from his home. With sharp attention to detail and a promise of reliability, he quickly gained trust handling simple clipping path and background removal tasks.
As his reputation grew, so did his client base. By leveraging freelance platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and Legiit, Forhad consistently delivered high-quality results to global clients. Demand from international e-commerce sellers began pouring in, prompting the formation of a small but skilled team committed to handling larger orders with consistent quality and care.
In 2014, the Clip Asia brand was officially launched with a clear mission: to deliver world-class photo editing at affordable prices. Services expanded to include Photo Retouching, Ghost Mannequin, and Color Correction, attracting online sellers from platforms like Amazon and eBay. Clip Asia was no longer just a freelance operation—it was becoming a trusted editing partner.
With demand accelerating, Clip Asia partnered with Shopify sellers, boutique creative agencies, and reputable brands such as Taza Chocolate and Blend Studios. By now, the team was processing thousands of product images monthly, all with the same care and precision that defined their early success.
The next wave of growth came from the fashion and creative industries. Renowned names like Adidas, Zalando, and FD Photo Studio Main joined the client roster. Clip Asia scaled its workforce to over 15 experienced editors, introducing a quality assurance workflow to maintain elite standards with increasing volume.
By 2020, Clip Asia formed dedicated service teams for key industries—fashion, jewelry, and real estate. Notable partnerships with Nordstrom, Foot Locker, and Pacsun emerged, while a growing network of freelancers from Fiverr, Upwork, and other platforms tapped Clip Asia for white-label editing.
2021 saw the launch of Clip Asia’s internal training system, enabling new editors to reach professional standards quickly.
